The services provided by ChinaHotels.net are always excellent and admirable. They were fast in the replies and their follow-up with our queries were always immediate. They offer the best rates and accomodation choices. They will however always recommended alternate accomodation if the choice offer is not available. Their staff are well trained and they corresponded in excellent english. My most heartfelt thanks goes to Susan who assisted me in all my endeavours prior to our trip to Shenzhen recently. all of this booked through Chinahotels.net for £22 for two people. excellent hotel, not luxurious but perfectly adequate. unable to pay before going and they held the room for us until after 11 p.m. at night, and paid on arrival. staff very helpful. hotel clean and very confortable. breakfast adequate. would definitely stay again. please see review for this hotel on www.tripadvisor.com, which we posted on arriving home.
