Gorgeous hotel in very nice area, well-appointed rooms, great service, good breakfast buffet. Close to everything! Upgraded room on second stay was very luxurious; awesome view of action-packed area below.

I am very satisfied with the service you have provided. Everything worked out fine and all I had to do was show up with my reservation and check in. The hotel fitted your description very well. The hotel was quiet and clean and I had the choice between western and Chinese breakfast. Not all the staff spoke english but I was able to make myself understood at all times. The services provided by ChinaHotels.net are always excellent and admirable. They were fast in the replies and their follow-up with our queries were always immediate. They offer the best rates and accomodation choices. They will however always recommended alternate accomodation if the choice offer is not available. Their staff are well trained and they corresponded in excellent english. My most heartfelt thanks goes to Susan who assisted me in all my endeavours prior to our trip to Shenzhen recently.
