  • 非常感謝貴網客服團隊用心與熱忱的服務，本人非常滿意。本次武夷山自助旅行入住神州酒店三日如期完成，酒店地點適中到景區交通方便，客房清潔衛生，唯前臺服務態度不佳，問景區電話不知竹筏電話不知，好像只會辦理進房退房沒有其他功能。請酒店加強服務人員訓練，謝謝！

  • Sir/Madam Thanks for the wonderful service u have done.The stay in the March Flower hotel was great.The staff were very good ,the rooms are clean,nice and of course cheap.The only thing i found a bit difficulty is the language.It will be more better if they knew English.But still they tried always to help us.So all together its a nice and pleasant experience with you Thanking you

  • 謝謝你們的電郵！對於這次預約，本人十分滿意，有幾個原因，一、貴公司效率高，之前需要更改入住日期，貴公司很快便辦妥，即時已回覆，效率高！二、預約人不需要即時付款，也很方便！三、貴公司所提供的鄰近景點酒店，也很準確，上次訂的長隆附近，維也納酒店，真的很就近。唯有點點需要改善的，如可以訂其他相關的物品更好，例如：火車票、直通巴士、機票之類，服務會更廣泛！
