Service provided by chinahotels.net was excellent. The confirmation n booking were prompt and efficient. However, the Horanton is a bit too far from the train station and there is no direct bus or transport to the mtr and shopping area. furthermore, the hotel looks a bit old and run down. Bell boy was very helpful but the reception staffs were a bit unfriendly. If you love seafood and spa, there are quite a few big and grand looking seafood restaurants and spa centres along the hotels stretch.

To whom it may concerns. The services provided by ChinaHotels.net are always excellent and admirable. They were fast in the replies and their follow-up with our queries were always immediate. They offer the best rates and accomodation choices. They will however always recommended alternate accomodation if the choice offer is not available. Their staff are well trained and they corresponded in excellent english. My most heartfelt thanks goes to Susan who assisted me in all my endeavours prior to our trip to Shenzhen recently. We're back from our trip.It was memorable and enjoyable ones. Yes, we met the driver who waited for us patiently as the flight was delayed for 1/2 hrs. He gave us a thoroughful view of Shenzhen on the way to the Hotel. The hotel's staff were very helpful and attentive too.
