This was a wonderful Hotel and I will definitely stay there again when I return!! I am returning in November and I am sure that the staff will be just as wonderful and helpful this time. Everyone from the room stewards, restaurant staff and the front desk people were very considerate and helpful and they made our stay so wonderful - they became friends!!!! Yes, the location, the restaurant, the rooms were nice, but the staff made it standout from other hotels!!!!!

Initially, I thought it is unsafe to make hotel booking online. However, after this trip, I have changed my concept. It is easy and convenient to make online hotel booking in China. During this trip, I stay in Shanshui Trends Hotel in Shenzhen. My group has a total of 9 adults. So, I have booked 3 Triple Rooms which has 3 single beds in each room. When we arrive at the hotel, the staffs do not inform me that they are providing 2 rooms of 3 single beds and a room of 2 single beds plus a foldable bed. I find out until we go into our room. This is very irresponsible of them for not informing us when we are checking in. After talking to their manager, Miss Lee, she has changed our room to a room with 3 single beds. Apart from this, it is quite a nice hotel to stay in. It is quite near to Luohu train station, which takes about 10min walk. It also provide free shuttle bus serive to and from Luohu station from 9am to 11pm.
